Not all celebrities are born with a fit body. Some are fat, some are thin and it is very normal. However, other people tend to expect for perfection. Others are even criticized because of what they look like. They laugh at what they wear, their body structure, how big they are or how thin they are. Whatever happens, they end up being criticized. Movie industries don’t allow their actors to maintain there current looks if it does not fit their movie character. Other actors even lose weight for playing a sick character in a film and then gain weight again for another film. This is not a healthy practice.
Whether they need to slim down to play the role of a perfect ballerina or bulk up to acquire the look of a wrestler, changing your weight dramatically is not healthy.
